• I live in Grenada, do I need a credit card to order?

- No you do not!
Our Grenadian customers can shop our pieces via our WhatsApp Catalogue.

Please Note:

1. Selecting this option may result in an additional processing time of up to 2-3 business days. 

2. An order is not confirmed until a FULL PAYMENT  is made via bank deposit/online transfer.

3. All of our pieces are made to order (unless otherwise stated) & require a processing time of 5-10 business days after confirmation to be completed.

• Where are your pieces made?

- Our pieces are made right at home in Grenada by our lead designer Raquel Leid and our small but mighty production team.

 

• What shipping service do you use?

-We currently use the Express Mail Service to ship all our orders. In the event that you need a faster shipping method, please leave us a note at checkout and we will contact you via email to make arrangements.

 

• How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

- We ask that customers allow 5-10 additional business day prior to shipping to facilitate production.

 

• How long would it take for my order to be delivered to me?

- Orders generally are delivered within 5-10 business days after they have been shipped.

 

• I ordered the wrong size/item. Can I return/exchange my order?
